This video is an outstanding test I wanted to show of plasma behaviour in a dielectric field. We all know probably the Plasma Dome which is related to the subject. I investigate the influence of streams with magnetic, dielectric, grounding and stray capacitance. The results are remarkable and vouch for further tests.
