In this video, I excite plasma using a self grounded LED bridge. The neat thing about this led bridge is that its a fantastic tuning tool. I have measured a maximum of about 36 inches using this LED wand. The circuit is a simple slayer exciter, 4 turns on the primary, about 1000 on the secondary.
