The first recorded readings from the output of my slayer exciter Tesla coil. The probe is connected to the end of the Florescent tube, which is acting as an antenna. The oscilloscope is a USB MDSO from china They can be had on ebay for about $70. Fantastic purchase thus far, Let’s see how long it lasts me.
WARNING
A usb oscilloscope is dangerous for your computer. Use a wireless mouse/keyboard and place the laptop far from the coil when taking live measurements.
I’ll probably get around to a full review of the MDSO eventually. So far, so good!
